The scheme {{user xx}} for language templates is outdated, please use the {{babel}} and {{user lang}} templates.

What happened? After discussions, the community has decided to abandon the support of the 1000+ individial language templates and to migrate completely to the Babel extension. Please use the {{user lang}} template instead of the {{user xx}} template family, as it now supports all the languages included in the ISO standard. Also please note: you may use the {{babel}} template to create a standard language block.

Intended to create a template that is not a language template? If you want to create a new userbox, than you need to use subpages of {{Userbox}} template.[edit]
